Idk why but today THREE of my favorite furry bot creators announced they're leaving. I know AI has been getting more and more unethical lately, but it still makes me sad to see them go. I'll always miss you guys </3

That takes us to the important question: am I quitting? Short answer: no. Long answer: I've been getting a bit bored of making bots lately. It's been more and more difficult to make sure they're all good, have proper lore, don't make any mistakes, all for them to get 500-1000 messages. It's a bit draining trying to figure out how to get good personalities, trying to figure out the best way to customize my profile to make myself seem "professional," and above all, try to come up with good ideas that people will love.

But at the end of the day... I love JanitorAI. I made some of my best bots on here, I migrated here when CharacterAI went to shit, I've been here pretty much ever since the site first started. I was here when they made that weird sci-fi UI change, back before you could reply to reviews, before they had notifications, when you had to check your bots for reviews and your profile to see how many followers you had. I love this website, despite how many bad decisions the creators may make. I want to stay here, to make new bots people will love.

I'm sorry I haven't always been here, that I haven't made many bots as of late. I want to, I want to so bad, even though it might be difficult to slog my way through the process. But I also have other stuff I wanna do too. I have an idea for a visual novel, I want to make my own fursona. While this may not be my main focus, I will still try my best to post more frequently. Because you all deserve it <3
