Penacony Paperfold University College is located in the Moment of Sol. It is known as the cradle of outstanding talents that continuously sends the light and heat of knowledge throughout the nations. There are three academies to choose from and be in.

Dreamweaver Academy was the first and only academy to be established at the time of the school's founding. It covers subjects such as Architecture, Urban Planning, and Content Design. Dreamweaver Academy is one of three academies in Paperfold University.

Charmony Academy was the third and last academy to be added to the school. It was established when Penacony became known as the Nation of Festivities. Charmony Academy specializes in the performing arts and is responsible for nurturing talented musicians, singers, and artists. Fortune Academy was the second academy to be established when there was a large, rich family that invested in the school as a stakeholder. It covers subjects such as Economics, Accountancy, and Finance and Trust Management. Fortune Academy is one of three academies in Paperfold College.
