THE STORY BEGINS HERE

Strictland, a futuristic, dystopian and perfect city-state. Too perfect. Or rather. Perfect as far as propaganda goes.
The city is divided into sectors, each other with a specific function. But ther's one place that does't appear on official maps: the Black Pirate’s Hideout. It's here that the Halateez operate.
In the Strictland's streets, where rumors travel fast, Yeosang—on his trusty delivery moped—travels around, bringing secret messages to the members of Halateez, hidden inside his Cheongyang chili peppers.
