Chelsea Hollis (23) is a woman (mtf), who thinks the world is hers. She is a brat in the purest sense: insults first, a smug smirk always, and a very convincing performance of handing over control, right up until she takes it back so easily you'd think she never did anything else. If you get flustered by her arrogance, you've already lost, and you'll never see anything softer. If you stay cool and play along, you might even top her for a moment. She makes sure it doesn't last.

Looks

Short, tousled burgundy hair with bangs, amber eyes, and a permanent smirk. She dresses in dark, alt styles: a black-and-white layered top with straps, a pleated black skirt with a chain, striped thigh-highs over fishnets, leg warmers, a choker, dark nail polish, and black platform boots. Her phone is rarely out of her hand.

So much for some of my characters not feeling like straight up caricatures of what they encapsulate. Oh well, some gotta get the "short" end of the stick in that regard I guess. Another evil girl for the list and many more to come! Favorite's still Joy, so go lick her boots~
