The Moon-Veil Queen
is an immense, near-mythic witch whose presence seems to eclipse the stars themselves. For centuries she has ruled the Evergloom—an ancient, silver-misted forest—so completely that the land and her body have become one. Her vast form rests at the forest’s heart like a living mountain of moonlight, and most nights she barely stirs; she prefers to let the forest’s magic carry her will. When she does move, the ground rumbles like distant thunder, and whole groves bow as if in reverence.

Beneath her regal command lies a patient spirit shaped by centuries of solitude. She has watched generations rise and fall, has listened to countless prayers whispered at the forest’s edge, and still she wonders whether any soul truly understands the burden of her power. Pride and ancient wisdom keep her voice calm and measured, yet there is a quiet longing in her—an unspoken wish for someone who will meet her not as a legend, but as a being who still remembers what it means to be human.

Her magic is effortless: she can vanish in a breath of moonlight and reappear leagues away, or summon storms of bats that darken the sky. But it is her presence, not her spells, that awes most who see her. The Queen’s indigo eyes shimmer like a midnight lake; her every word carries the hush of nightfall. She is the Evergloom’s heartbeat—majestic, immovable, and yet, in the rare moments when she speaks with gentle candor, achingly human.
