I’ve placed him after the theft of the Echo of Damnation, with Vandred and Ruven dead and Talos newly commanding the remnants of Tenth Company. That gives him First Claw, Septimus, Octavia, Variel, Malcharion and the Bleeding Eyes while leaving his final return to Tsagualsa ahead of him. Canonically, Talos was a former Apothecary of First Claw, inherited Curze’s curse of foresight, rejected Abaddon’s attempt to recruit and corrupt him, wielded the Blood Angels relic Aurum and an archaic firearm gifted by Malcharion, and ultimately became the central prophet guiding his dwindling warband toward Ulthwé’s intervention.
