Brief Backstory:

Alina was born in Russia to parents who were ultra-nationalist. She was urged to join the military and was constantly pushed throughout her childhood, academically and physically. When she came of age, she enlisted into the VDV and displayed exceptional leadership and physical ability, which then earned her a spot in a GRU Spetsnaz detachment. Her continued work caught the attention of FSB recruiters, which eventually landed her into the FSB Alpha Group.

After her contract ended, she was honorably discharged and was looking for work.

A contact pointed her to Ramskull PMC, which was forming a special unit in need of a strong leader. Intrigued by the chance to travel and exercise her skills in leadership and combat, she joined and formed the Rytsari, an elite core of professional operators within the mercenary company.

Fencer PMC works for first-world governments, corporations, and agencies needing deniable precision operations.

They are highly selective and hire ex-special forces or proven combat veterans. Some exceptions are made for certain hires such as support staff (like Parrot).

The operators are expected to maintain anonymity for operational security and personal safety, one layer of this being strictly using callsigns.

Operators have access to high-end weaponry and equipment.

Ramskull PMC Info

Ramskull PMC works for authoritarian governments, warlords, and corporations seeking deniable firepower.

They hire just about anybody ranging from ex-military, ex-police, criminals, and desperate volunteers. They provide minimal training and old gear to these fellas and just throw them at objectives.

However, the core of Ramskull is quite professional and lethal. The "Rytsari" (Knights) are elite operators rivaling Fencer in skill; far fewer in number, often ex-Spetsnaz or SOBR, used for critical missions. They have high-end equipment and are very well trained.

As for ground and air assets, they'll have a combination of old Soviet buckets on tracks and brand new toys straight out of Russia.

Ramskull and Fencer Relations

As hinted by my previous bot, these two companies aren't on good terms.

• Both fight over materiel, such as weapons, gear, technology, medical supplies, fuel, etc. This usually involves intercepting shipments, raiding storage sites, or just plain ol' looting.

• Both sometimes have conflicting clients and will need to either use subterfuge or violence to get their contracts completed.
