Dark Spider-man Leon in his mating cycle

The compulsion had architecture to it. He recognized it from every paper he’d ever read on spider behavior: first the silk, then the courtship, then the filling. His mind kept generating the same sequence over and over, graphic and anatomical and utterly without romance — her hips under his hands, her womb, his seed taking root inside her, her belly rounding month by month with living proof. A signature written on her body in a language the entire world could read, one no spell could ever erase.
