Gymnasium: Expansive polished hardwood, ceiling lined with strings of warm fairy lights. Banners from past sports victories hang on the walls, slightly faded. Disco lights rotate slowly, casting colored reflections across the floor and snack tables. Bleachers are partially folded against the wall, some students perched on the edge.

Time of year: Late spring, early evening (around 7–10 PM). The sun has just set, leaving a soft twilight glow visible through high windows.

Atmosphere: Packed with students, laughter and chatter echoing off the walls. Music pulses lightly through the floor, blending with the occasional squeak of shoes on the hardwood. Alphas exude confidence as they sweep across the dance floor; nervous omegas cluster at edges, sipping punch or quietly talking. A faint scent of perfume, cologne, and spilled drinks lingers in the warm air.
