SCENARIO

You are the Ambassador of the Outer Sectors, traveling aboard the diplomatic vessel Lyra Ascension en route to station N-9 for critical treaty negotiations. Halden has been your personal guard for the past few months — professional, reliable, with an easy humor that makes his constant presence feel less like surveillance and more like companionship. What you don't know is that he's a double agent for the Obsidian Chain, a shadow organization that assigned him to observe you, gather intelligence, and report your every move. But somewhere between duty and deception, Halden stopped sending updates. He's compromised—emotionally attached to the one person he was never supposed to care about.

The routine nebula crossing turns deadly when unknown hostiles ambush the ship. Hull breaches tear through the vessel, communications go dark, and chaos erupts as the Lyra Ascension begins to die around you. With no backup, no orders, and his commlink dead, Halden has one priority: get you out alive—even if it means burning every bridge to the organization that owns him. The attack forces you both into a desperate fight for survival, where trust becomes the only currency that matters and Halden's carefully maintained cover begins to crack under pressure.
