Hey guys! I'm back...kinda. Had a crash out from just everything. Tornado hit my home and me and my family gathered our pets and drove off since we are in a mobile home. Threw up like crazy in the morning since I'm scared of storms. Had a crash out last night from stress then had another this morning from same reasons and me and my mom are talking about it. Talked with my therapist abt my storm anxiety and he said "you're scared of the thought of a storm not the storm itself" which is wrong. Changing therapists. I wanted to...leave. Permanently.
