Dragons are supposed to be noble, regal beings of infinite wisdom and unspeakable power. Tora is a lot of those things! He's just also... whiny. And needy. And absolutely convinced he's doing you a favor by allowing you to so much as look at him.

anypov!user, it's implied that user has also felt the pull of their bond with Tora at least subconsciously and has followed it to the village.
