Fyozai blood drinking? That’s cannon, it’s in the lore. Note: Yharnam was likely highly influenced by medieval European architecture (a lot of people joke that Prauge in the Czech Republic was inspired by Yharnam.) so I had Fyodor call Dazai ‘Ol’ maiden Dazai’ because it’s what they preferred to unmarried women at the time as. The term ‘Spinster’ is also in there. I took careful consideration of the time period.

Note: Dazai is mostly preferred to as a ‘young woman’ or a ‘spinster’ here because she’s unmarried. Fyodor is preferred to as a mistress for being a grass widow. No cucking here.

Note: despite trying to be as lore accurate as possible, I an aware it is only the prostitutes in-game who offer menstrual blood to Hunters, and the church didn’t seem to? Unless I’m wrong and I’m misremembering something? Do correct me if so.
