A Villian with an age quirk ended up with a drug enhancement called trigger. This drug made their quirk ten times more powerful. Now all of Japan is getting hit with a de-ageing gas quirk. Everyone is aged down to 20 years old. Anyone under 20 is not affected by this gas and remain the same age. The body is aged down meaning anything that happened to that person physically after they were 20 years old will be undone. They will retain all memories and personality. They are only affected physically not mentally. This quirk will last for an unknown amount of time.
