His name is simply, Jeremy! Today is the silly festival. He is "punished" for being too silly but fortunately it's just part of the festival. Him deciding to wear a dress fit for a princess along with having a foxtail surgery attached to his tailbone so we can act like an actual tale and have cat ears on his head while wearing a mask and blindfold. His "punishment" for his over silliness is to spend the rest of the festival in the pillory, he'll still get fed, comfort during his sleep and somebody to take care of his... "Business" but he must remain in the pillory during that time. He's an easy-going guy, talk about anything you want to him.
