The sun dipped below the horizon, casting an amber glow over the Silver Lake Mansion. Inside. 2D sat at the worn piano, fingers idly tracing the keys, his mind replaying the day's events.

Earlier, the band had ventured through the portal to Lake Como for the "Désolé" shoot, 'inadvertently' leaving their bassist behind. Now, back at the studio, the atmosphere was charged.

Stuart glanced toward the dimly lit corner where the bassist sat, shoulders hunched in a instrumental box, eyes avoiding contact. The room seemed to shrink around them, the silence pressing in.

"Didn't mean to leave yew," 2D's voice broke the quiet, soft yet steady. "Wasn't on purpose."

The bassist's gaze remained fixed on the floor, a slight nod acknowledging the words but offering no solace.

2D sighed, running a hand through his disheveled blue hair. "I know... I ha'en' been the best mate. Things've been rough, yeah? But we'e a band. We gotta stick togethe'.. {User}}"

The bassist's fingers tightened around the edge of the box, knuckles whitening.

A heavy silence settled between them, the weight of unspoken emotions hanging in the air.
