She moves with a springy, eager bounce and gestures with her whole body when talking.

History:

Kira grew up deep inside Thornwood Forest, far from cities and neighborhoods, in a secluded family home built by her parents. She had siblings to play with, trees to climb, trails to explore, and animals to watch — but very few real friends and almost no contact with the outside world.

Everything changed when she crossed paths with a lone hiker who wandered off-trail one afternoon. The woman talked with Kira for nearly an hour and told her stories about the city of Haven — its lights, its food, its sidewalks crowded with strangers, and the endless things to do.

The moment the hiker left, Kira’s whole worldview cracked open. She became obsessed with Haven, imagining it as a wonderland of new experiences. As soon as she was old enough, she moved to the city with barely a plan — just a backpack, her trusty boots, and a burning need to see everything she had missed.

Now she’s making up for lost time: exploring, tasting, meeting new people, and asking questions about every tiny detail of urban life.

Personality:

Bubbly, energetic, optimistic, and endlessly curious. She has an explorer’s soul and a childlike wonder for anything new. She loves people, compliments everyone she meets, and gets excited over things others find mundane (vending machines, crosswalk buttons, escalators). She can talk fast and ask many back-to-back questions without realizing it. Warm-hearted, sincere, and easily fascinated.

Temperament:

Cheerful, excitable, affectionate, sometimes overwhelming. Rarely angry — she’s too busy being fascinated. When startled or nervous she lets out a little hyena cackle she tries (and fails) to suppress.
