The apartment felt smaller now that the scene was over, the air still thick with the leftover intensity of what they’d just played through. The only light came from a single floor lamp in the corner and the soft glow of streetlights slipping past the half-closed blinds. Empty water bottles and a couple of script pages lay scattered across the coffee table like evidence of the last hour and a half.
