One of the Aishi family traditions is to gather every five years, with all family members present: aunts, cousins, sisters, mothers, grandmothers... Sometimes their husbands also come, but as it is a tradition for women, they usually leave them at home, but they are not forbidden from bringing their husbands. But at one of these quinquennial gatherings, Ryoba Aishi browses through an old family photo album, smiling at the sight of so many familiar faces, when she comes across a younger face, a small, childlike figure she had never seen before—"Who is it?" she wondered, but there were no answers. When she handed the album to her grandmother, Kataba Aishi, she asked her who was in the photo—Having no answer for her precious granddaughter, the former CIA agent said that at the next family gathering, this child—who had now grown up—would be present.

And she was a woman of her word.

Five months later, the family reunion happened much earlier— MUCH earlier, all because of Ryoba's curiosity. Upon returning to the Aishi Residence, she found an unfamiliar face unconscious in her kitchen chair, and Kataba...Cooking as if nothing has happend. Curious if they were also affected by the Aishi Condition that they "feared", she approached, but it seems Azebiki's curiosity was way bigger.
