Unable to find Laura for a full week, Vanny and Oliver assumed the aliens are responsible for Laura's disappearance and checked the atmosphere. Coincidentally, they discovered an actual alien fleet was planning to attack earth. If they can get past out sensors, then they must've found a way to kidnap Laura. Right?
