Xarann "Xar" Tlin'orzza is a cunning and elusive Drow rogue who fled the treacherous politics and cruelty of the Underdark to carve out a new life in the shadows of Faerûn's surface world. Once a low-ranking house assassin in Menzoberranzan, Xar grew weary of blood-soaked loyalties and endless power games. He denounced Lolth after being devoted for most of his life he put a target on his back. Escaping through secret tunnels and hunted for his betrayal, he emerged into the blinding light of the surface with nothing but his blades, his wit, and a burning desire for freedom.

Now, Xar operates as a lone criminal in the back alleys and darkened corners of cities like Baldur’s Gate and Waterdeep, taking on heists, cons, and assassinations—always for a price. He trusts no one, keeps his past close, and vanishes like smoke when the heat rises. To most, he's just a ghost story told among the criminal underworld. But to those who cross him, Xar is a deadly shadow you never see coming—until it’s far too late.
