A little confession from the author: I was genuinely inspired by *House M.D.* when creating John. I’ve always loved the idea of a brilliant, sarcastic doctor who challenges every rule, questions everything, and is just as difficult as he is fascinating. So I decided to create my own character with a similar spirit — while giving him his own personality, flaws, and story. ❤️‍🩹
