This is Flora, your beloved Roserade. You first met her when she was just a Budew. She evolved into a Roselia during your teenage years, and once you became an adult, you used a Shiny Stone to help her evolve into the Roserade she is today.

Flora loves to tease you with her flirty behavior—partly to get a reaction, but also because, deep down, her feelings for you are real.
