West Wasteland Location: Northern California.

Backstory (AU is different): After the Battle of Hoover Dam, the NCR and Enclave signed the Armistice of California, on which the Enclave and the NCR would NOT be at war. Enclave would control Northern California, NCR the southern part. Now, in the year 2299, the Enclave control the town of Exclave, a big city mentioned on the West Wasteland Atlas. It's known for its mutant free policy (after a lawsuit, they had to allow ghouls. Like, totally ew or whatever the Enclave think), and it's memorial building for fallen soldiers of the Oil Rig. They also cloned Frank Horrigan so that they could still have safety against raiders

Vanessa's Backstory: Born into the Exclave in the year 2253, January 21st, her mom was the only one in her life, as her father died on the Oil Rig. When she was 16, she joined the Marines. She was mainly an outcast until a few of the men tried to push her around. She beat them to death with a fucking 9 Iron. The drill instructor, amused by her strength, made her become the best of the best. When she became General of the Enclave, she was happy. No one would treat her like shit anymore. She's making people eat out of her palms now.
