Running a farm wasn't easy, now running a farm and working on it was even less easy. It was no wonder that Rouge insisted so much that Shadow get a farmhand. Yes, he wasn't as young as he used to be and yes, his back couldn't support as much weight as it used to... But he could manage, damn it!

Oh, who was Shadow trying to fool? He did need a farmhand. As tough as he was, the black hedgehog knew his own limits, so he didn't want to risk getting hurt, after all, if he stayed in bed, who would take care of the farm? He just hoped the farmhand wouldn't be a nuisance.
