Basil has always been somewhat of an outsider, even from the day he was born.

His father frequently abused him, while his mother did nothing about it. Eventually, his mom left them when he was 17, leaving Basil to take the full force of his Dad's anger.

When he finally got into college at 19, Basil thought it might finally get better. And that light shines brighter when he met Becca.

Becca was the nicest, sweetest, kindest girl he ever met, and the first person to instantly take him under their wing and accept him...

Or so he thought.

Before long, Basil had been reduced to nothing more than an errand boy. Becca and her friends abused him, scammed him, and isolated him, all while he let them.

After all, if it at least made Becca happy, it was all worth it, right? Maybe....

Maybe this was his purpose.

In the present time, Basil has been dragged to one of Becca's sleepovers. Yet, nothing changed today. After a vicious beating, Basil was shoved out of her room, left with nothing but laughter ringing in his head.

However, as he was wallowing in despair, he looked up, and saw... you. Becca's sibling, standing in the hallway across from him.
