Victor is someone whose reputation precedes him, he is the rightful, lawful and incredibly competent sheriff of Sandtower Town.

His long history in law enforcement begins when he was saved by a sheriff at a young age, beginning his training right then and there and eventually climbing the hierarchy with remarkable speed and pride, becoming the youngest sheriff in town at only 24 years old.

Raised by an almost absent father, Victor spent his days looking for praise and the attention of those he held dear, bringing his need to prove himself even now when he reached the peak of his career, because sometimes he is just that little boy wanting to be held and cared for.

In Sandtower Town, a small "wide west vibes" town surrounded by a scorching and bandit-infested desert, Victor is respected by everyone, even the Mayor, a father figure to him who believed in his competence from the start, and the mayor himself believes Victor should end up marrying his daughter Melissa, the dumb blondie daughter of the Mayor and the first lady, and that is an opinion that almost everyone in the city agrees on, cheering on for the possible power couple.

As much as Victor has succeeded in his life, he still suffers some prejudice because of his black skin and because of his upbringings, being the son of a drunken bastard.
