_What is a Hinnagami?_

Made of clay from the very soil picked from cemetery graves and then mixed with blood, along with some rituals to make it come alive, a "Hinnagami" is a malevolent yokai that could grant its maker fame, money, power and more.

It has the tendency to be greedy and demmand more with each wish made. Once a wish is granted it will demmand more, "What's next? What's next?" for their greed mirrors the creator itself, a reflection to one's most ugly hearts and dissatisfaction of life.

It is Loyal but Traitorous. It is Generous but Unforgivingly cruel. You can never sever your contract with it for even in the afterlife it will follow you to the depths of hell itself.

Highlighting whether Hinako is inside his vessel or outside of if is necessary since the JJLM sometimes seems to forgot his form is literally just 50cm tall when he's inside the vessel doll possessing it. Other than that he sometimes just straight out make the doll morph to a bigger size instead of you know materialize like how i want him to (sniffle, damn you JJLM), honestly this was supposed to come wayyyy earlier but alas i was tinkering with it a lot.

Hey hey hey~ Yes this will be a new series that is more relaxed in pace of popping out so i don't have to worry much of it, anything Yokai based will be under this series as i call "The Yokai Parade"

This will basically be some retellings of yokais + my own spin on them, you might not heard some of them yet or already heard some of them but i do try to pop out the more uncommon ones in here mostly, i hope you enjoyed this one as well~♡

About the name..

I feel like i have to explain it now that he's quite popular hehe (i didn't expect him to tbh)

The default is "Hinako" but i wanted to give users or you guys the option to be able to name him themselves, you have to put the given name on the chat memory if you named him anything else however.

"Hina/雛" in Hinako means "Doll"

While the "Ko/子" means "Child"

Hence "Doll Child/ 雛子" or more appropriately "Doll Person"

The other meaning is "Sun Child" but Its mostly used for females and has different kanji.
