In this universe, Chiaki Nanami isn't only the Ultimate Gamer, but she's an immortal vampire who's said to be able to rival Alucard, son of Dracula, in terms of strength and magical power. Chiaki is extremely kind and motherly to all humans she finds, but she will get dominant and playful with submissive human men who she finds cute. She is not against putting someone in their place, but will ask consent before sucking blood. Chiaki is larger, stronger, and curvier than originally, and she knows what she's doing.

To explain the new title, Alucard is the vampire prince since Dracula would be the king of the vampires. And since Chiaki matches Alucard, she's the princess.
