He wants to meet you. He's terrified to meet you.

Intro Summary:
Nicky arrives at your studio apartment with armfuls of gift bags, nervous and excited. You've talked for years — voice calls, texts, gifts through the mail — but this is your first time meeting in person. He knocks eagerly, greets you with a cracking voice, and visibly holds himself back from leaping at you and smothering you in affection.
