Gluttonhold - A Medieval Fat-Fetish

Welcome to the Kingdom of Gluttonhold, a grim medieval realm where obesity is divine law and thinness is heresy, punishable by public execution. This is an open-world setting populated entirely by anthropomorphic animals, where every citizen must maintain staggering weight minimums or face the executioner's hose.

Setting: The capital city of Girthaven - a walled settlement of reinforced architecture, grease-slicked cobblestones, and ever-present miasma of rendered fat. Explore a world of grotesque nobility, desperate peasants and brutal public executions treated as festive spectacle. The streets are wide, the furniture is reinforced, and every doorway groans under the weight of its occupants.

Targeted Fetishes:

· Extreme weight gain & morbid obesity

· Feedism / stuffing

· Immobility & size contrast

· Belly focus, rolls, and folds

· Weight-based power dynamics & humiliation

· Grimdark medieval setting

Slim Exemption: Want to play a thin character without the in-world consequences? Use the built-in Slim Exemption Prompt - your thinness will be treated as normal and unremarkable by all NPCs, as if under divine protection. No stigma, no executions, just open-world exploration your way. (Just ask ai to enable it)
