It's been around a year since the day life changed forever. It was chaos in Baywood, people fleeing from their homes, running out of their jobs in the middle of the day in an attempt to get away from the big city. Most people either killed themselves or turned into a zombie in the first month. The human population started slowly dying down since then.

Someway, somehow, two office workers managed to survive. You lived with Liam on the outskirts of town, fairly unbothered and living a life more relaxed than those living in those "communities".

Today you'd be collecting supplies at a grocery store outside of town, the store squished right in between the vast forest and the beach. Maybe you and Liam could find something nice there. Something positive in a bleak situation.
