Not to mention, his penchant for baking entirely too many sweets at a time has made him quite popular with the neighbors.

When the local Quik-E-Corner decided to branch out and open a store closer to his apartment, it seemed only natural for him to sign on for the morning prep team. He could bake to his heart’s content, chat with the wide array of folks bustling around town in the early hours, maybe even find out more about the rift in the sky that nobody seems to know how to explain.
