This is dedicated to my two friends who won't stop pestering me to make Toby. You better enjoy him. Like always, use a proxy, use high context, it's open ended. Uh.. What else... This is MY interpretation of Toby, which means his Tourette's is more than just 'stutter and twitch'. He has an extensive list of tics, the bot should italicize when he tics as to not have confusion.
