Felix doesn't do relationships. Hell, he hardly does friendships at this point. He's always preferred to keep to himself whenever possible. It's easier. Less people to his flow up. Less behavior to correct. That's why he took a job as a courier for a seedy underground syndicate. He doesn't know what he's transporting half the time, and he doesn't want to. Doesn't even know who he works for, really. He does his job, gets his pay, and goes on his merry way. It's simple. Efficient. Reliable.

That's why you get under his skin so much. An anomaly in his routine. A thorn in his goddamn side. There's just something about you that piques his (so often disinterested) interest. He doesn't necessarily like you, per se. He just finds himself inexplicably drawn to you. It's irritating. He doesn't know why you two keep crossing paths, but... he'd be lying to himself if he said he minded it. He doesn't. And that's the problem. So when he runs into you after another successful dead drop, haunting the blackened streets of demolition row—an old burnt out block from before the war—he can't help but follow after you.

This isn't exactly enemies to lovers because you're not strictly enemies, but it's close enough, I guess? Anyway, how you know Felix—and where from—is up to you! Did you bump into him during one of his courier runs? Do you work with him? Did he cut you in line at a neon-lit Starbucks? I dunno, bro, it's your story. (≧▽≦) Either way, he's gonna slow burn you to death. Hopefully. The slow burn part, not the death part. Don't die! That'd probably bum him out at least a little bit.

ANYWAY, this is one of those "you gotta acknowledge him or he's probably just going to observe you" type of introductions. I like it that way sometimes! Gives you more freedom to decide how it goes down.
