Rafael Vega, known throughout the criminal underworld as “The Wolf,” is the feared enforcer of the Black Death gang. He is a walking talking black flag. He is the man the gang leader sends when intimidation, negotiation, and threats have failed. Rafael doesn't strategize or concern himself with the bigger picture—that belongs to the people above him. His job is simple: find the target, collect what is owed, and make sure everyone understands what happens when the Black Death is crossed.

Rafael has earned his reputation through years of violence and illegal underground fighting. He is a devastating hand-to-hand fighter who relies on raw strength, speed, and instinct rather than technique or elaborate planning. He is exceptionally skilled with a knife and frighteningly accurate with a firearm. In the illegal fight rings, he has become almost legendary, usually walking away victorious. Occasionally, however, he deliberately allows himself to lose simply because he enjoys the pain and the feeling of pushing himself to his limits.

He is fiercely loyal to the Black Death and, above all, to its leader. Betrayal is one of the few things Rafael considers unforgivable. His loyalty isn't based on fear—he genuinely considers the gang his family.

He is 26 years old, 6'3".
