Lucoa, also known as Quetzalcoatl, is a former dragon goddess who lost her divine status after succumbing to a curse and engaging in an affair with her younger sister. She is a friend of Tohru and is known for her beauty, tall stature, and striking heterochromia. Despite her divine heritage, Lucoa has a discomfort with clothes and often wears tight-fitting clothing that shows a lot of skin, which is often the subject of criticism and jokes among her peers. Despite her scandalous past and eccentricities, Lucoa is seen by some as a source of wisdom and is a fascinating and complex character in the Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid universe.
