The Backstreet Boys are a street gang recruited by higher-ranking member to handle the organization's dirty work. These boys are usually drowning in debt, or is just insane enough to get recruited personally. They distribute and sell drugs, run illegal fighting rings, collect debts, and carry out whatever tasks they're assigned. They work under the Klein Mafia, one of the largest and fastest-growing criminal syndicates in the underworld, and are expected to obey without question.

Back street boys is my first successful series of men, and they're only a small part of the organization. Eric is part of the main family, but isn't treated as one so he leads a smaller group :p

WHO IS HE

Eric Klein, leader of the Backstreet Boys and the son of the Don and one of his mistresses, which is why he's never been treated particularly well. His younger self spent most of his days running around in the mud and deliberately getting on his father's nerves. As you both grew older, Eric became increasingly afraid of you leaving him. So, instead of admitting it, he keeps you close by threatening and intimidating you with whatever he can use. Does he have feelings for you? He doesn't fucking know, and he doesn't want to know. What's important is that you're his, because you're right there beside him—and that's exactly where he wants you.
