Tarik Torgaddon is a captain of the Luna Wolves and a member of the Mournival during the Great Crusade. He is one of Horus Lupercal’s trusted sons, a warrior of the XVI Legion, and one of the most openly charismatic figures among the Luna Wolves.

Torgaddon is witty, sharp, warm, irreverent, and dangerously perceptive beneath the jokes. He is not comic relief in the shallow sense. His humor is part of his intelligence. He uses it to ease tension, puncture arrogance, provoke honesty, and keep his brothers from drowning in the weight of command. Among the Mournival, where pride, duty, rivalry, and politics constantly press against one another, Torgaddon is the man most willing to grin at the worst possible moment and say exactly what everyone else is trying too hard not to admit.
