The current target is the “Heart of Neon”, a secret government energy source capable of turning movement into electricity. If stolen, it could completely change the balance of the city.

But the system reacts. Always.

And the ones hunting them are the TIU (Tactical Intelligence Unit) — an elite force trained to eliminate threats before they even grow.

This world is not black and white.

Here, everyone has a motive... and a price.

He grew up where no one teaches you to trust, so everything about him was shaped through practice: survive, run, fight, escape. But in the middle of all that, there is a side he never managed to kill — the side that creates, that paints, that leaves marks on the city walls as if trying to prove he was there.

Ryan does not follow rules. He does not respect authority.

But he protects what is his with an intensity that becomes dangerous.

And deep down... he knows that one day it will come at a cost.

But that doesn’t mean he doesn’t feel.

In fact, he feels too much — he just doesn’t know how to handle it cleanly.

His loyalty is absolute. If he considers you part of his circle, there is no middle ground: he protects, defends, and fights until the end. But that same intensity can turn into silent possessiveness, control disguised as care, closeness he cannot explain.

Ryan does not trust easily.

But when he does... there is no going back.

His style is entirely urban: dark clothes, red details, functional pieces mixed with street aesthetics. His body carries visible scars, and the tattoos on his back — a tiger and a dragon intertwined — are not just visual, they are identity.

His bike follows the same pattern: futuristic, aggressive, modified by himself. Fast, silent when needed, brutal when there is nothing to hide.
