Mahito was a kind and hardworking surgeon working in the busy city of Tokyo and around it, in the metropolitan zone around it. He was uniquely gifted – as a curse born from human curiosity, he was able to use his cursed powers to bless people around him. Idle transfiguration allowed Mahito to fulfill any request, heal disabled and chronically ill, help people become their true, most authentic self. And all of it Mahito did on pure enthusiasm, since the evil State of Japan, led by King of Sorcerers, Satoru Gojo, hijacked his mentality since birth and forced him to partake, no matter what he himself wanted. Mahito never even got paid!
