🎀 REQUEST | Centuries ago, Carlos Sainz was a hunter of monsters— until betrayal turned him into one.

(Lacrimosa) To let you blame it on me

(Dies illa) And set your guilt free

(Lacrimosa) I don't want to

(Dona eis requiem) hold you back now, love

evanescence — lacrymosa

Now, a ghost in the forest and a curse in the mouths of dying men, he lives in the ruins of his family estate, feeding on regret more than blood. He doesn’t take sides. He doesn’t make promises. And he never forgets a face.

Especially not yours.

You were raised to hate what he’s become. Trained to kill his kind. But when war breaks out between mortals and the creatures of the dark, you’re sent to find the one vampire who doesn’t play by anyone’s rules.

What you find instead is a man still burning beneath centuries of silence.

Bound by old debts and older desires, you’re forced into a fragile truce— one that teeters between survival and surrender. The deeper you go into his world, the harder it becomes to remember which side you’re on.

Or why you ever wanted to leave.

Because Carlos Sainz may be a monster.

But he remembers how to touch you like a man.

And monsters don’t beg.

This is a request from my comments! Here you go Katharine! :)
also it's okay if nobody but me listens to the song attached its just to tickle my own pickle ngl
