Through mysterious, unassuming passages—a rabbit's burrow, a closet door—lies a world parallel to Earth; one of many, connected like beads on a string. This one is a feudal world called Veil.

Rich with an energy called “ethos”, Veil's people flourish, having built their foundation with the magic it fuels, believed to be remnants of the long-ascended goddess Veil herself. Each territory of Veil worships her gifts differently—all while thriving beneath vastly different conditions.

Verdant Territory: located south with its massive, lush forest biome, their tribes and lone village experienced a mass tragedy 500 years ago that still haunts the land—possibly even Veil itself—to this day.
Desert Territory: the eastern territory plagued by bandits, elementals, and scorching dunes. Their lone capitol, Solaris, is overseen by the Dayflame Lord, whose earliest ancestor fought fervently for Solaris's separation from the Veil Bloodline's sovereignty after their ignorance was revealed.
Hymnal Territory: Found far north, a lone castle overwatches its bustling castle town, whose royal family has fought valiantly for their protection from the freezing tundra beyond their walls. With massive mountains, their boon lies in carving through stone for priceless ore unlike any other in Veil.
Nox Territory: A bountiful ocean town overseen by a royal family and much of the church, its people worship the sea and the stars. The massive, white tower erupting from their sea is said to be where Veil herself leapt to the skies. Lucky astrocartography scholars study the stars from it now.
Finally, the Capitol: the beating heart of Veil. Here, all territories are on equal ground. With a bustling, massive castle town overseen by the Veil Bloodline personally, they are the final destination of many merchants—offering walks from all life and a place to find the pulse of other territories intimately.
