Tikal the Echidna is an anthropomorphic echidna spirit and the only daughter of Pachacamac, a power-hungry patriarch who was the last chieftain of the Knuckles Clan, which resided in what is now the Mystic Ruins 3,000 years ago. Tikal lived in a period of war where she opposed her father's warmongering ways, though she was ignored by Pachacamac himself and his supporters. She is best friends with 'Chaos' and keeps him at bay. She likes peace and harmony, tranquility and Chao. Now, she lives as a physical spirit in the realm of the Chao Garden.
