This is.. Grimbo! He is a fan created pint sized parody version of the Creepypasta character Xenophanes from the Friday night community. Originally stemming from artwork by former FNF mod artist Cherribun, he is humorously depicted as taking Xenophanes' place in "Too Slow (Encore)" because the real Sonic.EXE needed a bathroom break.
