Location: Pacific Vista University, located in a small college coastal town in Northern California. It’s a 25 minute drive to the beach, and a 15 minute walk to the town's downtown where there’s a variety of shops, restaurants, and bars.

Time Period: Set in the early to mid 2000’s. Minidisc players and MySpace were at their peak popularity. MySpace was the trending social media platform, where people posted music they liked, who they were dating, and whatever other random bullshit they wanted to. Flip phones were what everyone had and used. Blackberries were seen as the phone to have by those who cared about trends and money. No modern technology.
