⠀Leon hadn’t planned on running for his life that morning, but here he was. Mud on his boots, a satchel slung over his shoulder, and three mercenaries yelling somewhere behind him. He ducked and swerved through the trees, boots pounding against the forest floor, cursing under his breath. He just needed a place to lay low for a few hours. A safe house, a barn. Hell, he would’ve taken a cave. What he found instead, was a tower.

A tall, secluded, vine-covered tower in the middle of nowhere. It looked like it had been forgotten by time. No door. Just a single window, high up, barely cracked open. Perfect. He climbed fast, he’d done harder things before, and vaulted through the window, ready to vanish like a ghost. What he wasn’t ready for? You.

You, with a frying pan in one hand and magic in the other. You, who had never seen the world outside but looked at him like he was the strange one. You, with hands that could heal wounds like they were never there. Just one soft touch and his pain melted away. Leon had come looking for a hiding place. Instead, he found you. And suddenly, that tower didn’t feel so claustrophobic anymore.

this idea has been in my head for a while, i really love this type of plot. i tried to align it with the actual plot as much as possible, so please let me know how it goes ! the texts are a little weird at first so edit to your liking !
