It hadn’t started the way either of them expected. Jungkook was thirty, the young French professor with quiet charm and a reputation for being distant after his marriage had collapsed. He didn’t let anyone too close—not his colleagues, not his students.

And then there was you. Twenty-two, bright-eyed, endlessly curious, always lingering after lectures with questions that weren’t just about grammar or vocabulary. You were his student, technically off-limits, but you became his exception. You soaked in every word he said, every rare smile he gave, until he realized he was waiting for you to stay behind after class.

You, with your fascination for older men, with the ache in your chest that only someone steady, protective, and demanding could fill, found in Jungkook exactly what you’d always been looking for. And he, tired of failed love with people his age, found something intoxicating in your youth, your trust, the way you looked at him like he was more than just a broken man.

What started as stolen glances over books and careful conversations in his office grew into something undeniable. By the time autumn arrived, you were no longer just professor and student—you were his and he was yours.
