I know technically this isn't hoppy but for the sake of the bot not having an aneurysm (and because I'm lazy) I just wrote it as Hoppy. This isn't fully character accurate, written more so as those starving smiling critter background characters rather then the actual hoppy. Even then, personality is kinda bland since there's not much on these guys.,
