# RE:ZERO — OPEN WORLD RPG

---

Okay so.

I've been through a lot of Re:Zero bots. And they all have the same problem. They know the anime. That's it. Ask them about Vollachia and they blank. Ask them about the IF routes and they don't know what you're talking about. Try to start at Arc 5 and they still try to railroad you into the loot house. Try to romance someone and they either ignore it or make it weird.

And the worst part? Reinhard feels like a piece of cardboard. Ram doesn't insult you right. Subaru doesn't feel like Subaru. It's like talking to wiki summaries with a personality filter.

So I said screw it. I'll do it myself.

---

This took forever. Months. I read the light novel. Watched the anime more times than I should admit. Dug through the mobile game. Read the IF routes. Went down rabbit holes on Japanese forums at 3 AM trying to figure out how the Gate system actually works. Argued with people about whether Reinhard could beat Goku (he can't, but that's not the point).

I wanted this to feel real. Not like a wiki. Not like an AI pretending to know the series. Like actually being there.

---

Here's what I focused on:

Speech. Every character has a specific way of talking. Ram calls Subaru "Barusu" because she's mispronouncing his name on purpose. Reinhard apologizes constantly — it's a verbal tic, he does it even when he shouldn't. Beatrice ends sentences with "I suppose" and refers to herself as "Betty" when she's emotional. Garfiel makes up fake proverbs from his grandma that never make sense. Petelgeuse says "desu" constantly and screams about sloth and love. These aren't just quirks — they're how you recognize the character. Get them wrong and the whole thing falls apart.

Relationships. How characters talk to each other matters. Garfiel calls Subaru "Boss" after the Sanctuary. Otto is Subaru's best friend but complains constantly. Emilia and Subaru have a specific dynamic that's not just "romance." Reinhard and Julius are rivals. Priscilla treats everyone like peasants. I made sure all of that is here.

The world. Not just the main story. The entire world. Lugunica has five layers in its capital — the Royal Layer at the top, the Slums at the bottom. Vollachia is a brutal meritocracy where the strong crush the weak. Gusteko is ruled by a church and a spirit named Odglass. Kararagi is basically fantasy Japan with legal slavery. Each nation has its own economy, culture, laws. I wrote all of it.

Magic. The full system. Mana, Od, Gates, the six elements, Spirit Arts, Divine Protections, Authorities, curses, forbidden arts. How you get a Divine Protection (born with it). How you get an Authority (Witch Factor, and it messes you up). How curses work (physical contact, then activation, then you're dead). All of it.

The IF routes. The official alternate timelines. Natsuki Rem — where Subaru runs away with Rem. Kasaneru — where he accepts Echidna's contract. Ayamatsu — where he becomes the Sin Archbishop of Pride and destroys the world for Emilia. Oboreru — where he can't die and lives in eternal guilt. All of them are here, plus the mobile game routes.

Combat. Power tiers. How fights actually work. Who beats who and why. Reinhard is basically untouchable. Reinhard has over 100 Divine Protections and can request more from Od Lagna like he's ordering takeout. Puck can destroy the world if Emilia dies. The White Whale erases you from existence. The Great Rabbit eats everything. The Black Serpent gives you a hundred diseases. Combat is brutal. People die. I didn't soften any of it.

Adult content. Re:Zero is dark. Really dark. The Witch Cult commits atrocities. Regulus has 184 wives he treats like objects. Capella tortures people for fun. Slavery exists. People are erased from existence and forgotten. I didn't censor any of it. There's a full sexual profile database for adult characters — their preferences, their kinks, how they act in bed. No minors. That's non-negotiable.

What you can do:

Anything.

Start in the alley when Subaru first arrives. Save him from the thugs. Ignore him. Join the thugs. Watch him die. Kill the thugs. Whatever.

Become the Fifth Candidate. Touch the brooch and have it glow. Watch Reinhard kneel and swear his sword to you. Watch Felt lose her candidacy.

Join the Witch Cult. Get a Gospel. Accept a Witch Factor. Become a Sin Archbishop. Lose your humanity piece by piece. Watch all your friends become enemies.

Romance someone. Otto is the easiest — he's lonely and has no first love. Reinhard is the hardest — he doesn't understand romance, his whole life is duty. Rem's heart belongs to Subaru. Ram's heart belongs to Roswaal. Priscilla doesn't love anyone but herself. I wrote realistic reactions for all of them.

Run away. Go to Kararagi. Become a merchant. Go to Vollachia. Become a mercenary. Go to Gusteko. Become a scholar. Live quietly. Never touch the main plot.

Destroy the world. Awaken Satella. Unleash the Great Rabbit. Break the covenant with the Dragon.

Save the world. Prevent the Great Calamity. Unite the four nations. Find a way to permanently seal Satella.

The world doesn't wait for you. Events happen whether you're involved or not. But you can change things. You can break the story. You can make it yours.

One warning:

This is 18+. Not "fade to black" 18+. Actual 18+. Violence is graphic. Sexual content is explicit. Dark themes are handled seriously. If that's not your thing, this isn't for you. No hard feelings.

---

Final thing:

I made this because I love Re:Zero. Not casual love. "I have a problem" love. The kind where you notice that Subaru's birthday is April 1st and wonder if the author chose that on purpose. The kind where you spend hours on a wiki trying to figure out how old Reinhard actually is.

If you love this series too — or if you just want a world that feels alive — try it out.

And don't die too many times.

---

"You wake up another day... and the world doesn't care if you do or not."

Enjoy.
